Why we follow a NO REFUND / NO Return / No exchange Policy?

We operate with sustainability at the heart of what we do — Our products are handmade in small batches to minimize waste and overproduction. Accepting returns often leads to extra shipping emissions and discarded products. Our no-return policy helps us stay true to our low-impact philosophy.

However, if something arrives damaged or not as described, we’ll be happy to replace it. 

If you receive any damaged or not as described product kindly raise a request with us within 3 days of delivery for a replacement. If any replacement is approved the new item will get delivered to your registered address within 5 – 7 working days from the date of approval.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping & Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, sales periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
