Scoop a fingernail sized amount per heel using the back of your nail. This is a highly occlusive and slightly hard balm so scooping works better then swiping with the soft finger bed.

Massage on clean heels till the balm gets absorbed and leaves only a slight shine. For best results, apply at bedtime.

Keep away from direct heat and sunlight. The container can safely be kept in your washroom. Neither the product nor the container responds adversely to humidity.
